About My Clients
Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, make sense of your emotions and behaviors, and build tools that actually work in your everyday life. Together, we’ll explore patterns, strengthen self-trust, and work toward growth that feels sustainable—not performative. I want clients to leave sessions feeling more grounded, more capable, and more connected to who they are.
My Background and Approach
I believe that therapy should be approachable and collaborative. I’m a Board Certified and Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Kentucky University, and I’m also a Certified AdvancedGrief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with advanced training in supporting grief and bereavement. My approach to therapy is compassionate and grounded in the belief that healing begins with understanding—not fixing. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Guided Imagery, Somatic Experiencing, and Positive Psychology to help clients explore their inner world and reframe the stories they carry. I work with people across the lifespan, offering support for challenges like grief, emotional regulation, life transitions, and identity. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and confident in your ability to grow.
