About My Clients
You can expect to gain insight into your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns—why you feel what you feel and do what you do. We’ll work on practical strategies you can use outside of sessions to manage your symptoms. Our time together is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. You can be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself without judgment. Whether you're seeking healing, growth, or change, we’ll move at your pace toward what matters most to you.
My Background and Approach
If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, self-worth or other issues, I can help. I'll teach you breathing techniques and other coping skills to be able to manage and overcome. After completing therapy a person can walk away with confidence, new habits, and a better version of yourself. My approach to therapy is conversational, yet I will challenge thoughts or feelings to help discover deeper meaning and foster change. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Person Centered therapy techniques.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is a collaborative space where healing and growth happen through curiosity, compassion, and connection. You’re the expert on your life—I’m here to support you with evidence-based tools, deep listening, and a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to schedule a free 15 minute consultation.
