My Approach to Helping
I take a depathologizing, destigmatizing, and anti-oppressive approach to therapy. I am passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and in helping clients live more joyful and values-based lives. For clients seeking support with OCD, I’m experienced in Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). I integrate various forms of therapy, depending on what your needs and preferences are. We can work together to create a space that helps you feel seen, supported, and understood.
