My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with years of experience supporting teens and adults through anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. I believe therapy shouldn't be intimidating or scary, but rather it should be free-flowing, easygoing, and approachable. You are worth having someone you trust listen to your feelings. I focus on creating a safe, compassionate space where we can explore your thoughts and emotions together. You’ll learn practical tools and strategies that bring relief in the moment and help you build long-term resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone can grow and change at any point in life. Mental health challenges often come from learned patterns, and these can be unlearned and replaced with healthier behaviors. I have helped many overcome challenges, and I want you to feel the same freedom. My cat, Tangerine, often keeps me company during sessions and is fully HIPAA-compliant. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and the occasional guilty pleasure of trash TV. I’m inclusive, LGBTQ-affirming, and committed to social justice.
