I work with teens and adults and help them navigate through various mental health issues and life changes, such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, stress, and transitional periods like college, moving, and relationship changes.
My Background and Approach
I believe wellness is about the mind and body, which drives my use of mindfulness-based and relaxation techniques in session. Therapy is a journey inward and my role is to help you navigate the challenging and uneasy paths along the way. I don't believe that one approach fits all, and therefore, I cater my theoretical framework to meet your specific needs. I advocate for each of my clients, challenge them to help them grow, and support them through life changes. My goal in the simplest form is to make each person feel heard and empower them on their journey.
