About My Clients
Why does this keep happening or why do I keep making the same choices over and over again? Why am I stuck in this pattern and how do I get out of it? My Background and Approach
I am a depth psychologist and infinitely fascinated by the subconscious mind and the vast wisdom and potential we possess, but don't often access. I tend to use modalities that bring forward subconscious material and support creating new neuropathways. Our brains and bodies are in full support of us being safe, happy and healthy in this world, we just need to find ways to work in collaboration with ourselves rather than living in conflict with different parts of ourselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a Masters in Psychology with a Counseling focus from Saybrook University. I have been working as a Hypnotherapist since 2011. I have a certificate in Process Oriented Psychology from the Process Work Institute. My favorite modality lately is Family Constellations. It is a powerful tool for creating big changes and also healing ancestral trauma. I have studied shamanic journeying, energy work, NVC, pre and perinatal psychology, and attachment theory is one of my main lenses.
