My Background and Approach
I specialize in treating anxiety/panic, depression, communication difficulties, affair and betrayal recovery, bereavement/grief, low self-esteem, navigating life transitions and childhood trauma. My approach is integrative and holistic, and I have over 13 years experience treating teens, adults, couples and families.
