About My Clients
I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, trauma, or depression. Many of my clients are caring, high-achieving individuals who appear to have it all together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally drained. Using CBT and DBT, I help them build coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and create lives that feel calmer and more fulfilling.

I help teens & adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma & major life stressors find practical ways to feel more balanced & confident. My approach combines compassion & structure. You’ll find a space that feels safe, supportive, focused & purposeful. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build emotional regulation skills & create real-world coping strategies that last.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a social worker dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma and life’s challenges. Growing up with mental illness and addiction in my family inspired me to pursue this work, and I bring empathy, advocacy, and understanding to every session. Outside of therapy, I enjoy my family, the beach, and animals, and I love helping clients find balance, resilience, and hope in their own lives.
