My Background and Approach
I have experience in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness based practices. I utilize eclectic, strengths-base approaches in addition to providing a safe space for us to process and explore together to address your goals. I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance and the foundation for doing great work together!
