My Background and Approach
I approach counseling from an integrative, cognitive behavioral perspective. I have a passion for social justice and LGBTQIA+ issues, as well as experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma as a whole. I am currently a post-masters counselor with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling on track for licensure.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
When I am not counseling, I am spending time with my loved ones or collecting hobbies. I enjoy gardening, woodworking, creative arts, and attempting to put funny costumes on my dog. I am always open to being really bad at new skills and I always love taking a beginner class on any subject.
