About My Clients
I work with couples after infidelity, experiencing differences in desire, at the precipice of big life decision, and who feel stuck. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Resnick Model, (Gestalt therapy), Gottman, and Somatic Transformation in my work with couples. As an experiential therapist, I am most interested in what is happening here-and-now to enable deeper understanding of behavior, patterns, and difficult to examine responses to enable more choice and contentment in your life.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is guided by existential, person-centered, and somatic (body-centered) frameworks. People often seek out therapy when they are feeling stuck, lost, and isolated from themselves and others. Therapy is an opportunity to explore the terrain of the self; to understand oneself better and feel more connected to others. My mission is to provide a safe and compassionate environment for healing, exploration, and expression.
