Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to follow a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study social work and earn a Master's Degree (2005) then a license (2007) as a clinical social worker. As a practicing therapist in sunny Florida, I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I have worked in settings of community mental health clinics, child protection, domestic violence treatment, child and adolescent day treatment, and a senior day program. I have experience leading caregiver, women's issues, and bereavement groups. My focus is goal-oriented, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral (changing thoughts to change mood and outlook). I love what I do, truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2002, I have counseled a variety of clients of all ages, races, religions, sexual orientations, and beliefs.
