About My Clients
I enjoy working with adults, emerging adults, and families who are navigating change, uncertainty, and the many transitions that shape our lives. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, codependency, identity exploration, gender and sexual orientation, career transitions, changes in family roles, and other moments when life feels uncertain or no longer fits the way it once did.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, and deeply experiential. Alongside Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I draw extensively from my education and training in meditation, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to healing. I believe meaningful change involves more than understanding ourselves intellectually—it also involves learning to listen to the wisdom of the body, cultivate awareness of our inner experience, and develop a more compassionate relationship with ourselves. I incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices to help clients slow down, become more present, and develop the capacity to observe thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without becoming overwhelmed by them. Somatic tools can help us reconnect with the body, recognize patterns held within the nervous system, and create new experiences of safety, regulation, and connection.
