About My Clients

I provide online individual therapy in Oregon and Massachusetts for adult clients. I have been licensed since 2006 and while my primary approaches are Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I draw from a variety of other therapy approaches and integrate strategies as clinically indicated to provide flexible, effective care.

My Background and Approach

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals through meaningful change. Since 2006, I’ve worked in county and nonprofit mental health settings across California and, more recently, Oregon and Massachusetts, serving diverse and underserved communities in day treatment, residential, and outpatient care. (I am accepting clients in Oregon and Massachusetts only). I currently specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders in private practice. My approach integrates my eclectic training over the years, with special emphasis on Motivational Interviewing, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while drawing on other modalities when indicated. I’m committed to evidence-based care that’s flexible, collaborative, and grounded in each person’s unique experience.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I’m always working towards expanding awareness of how broader social and systemic forces can shape mental health. I value the complexity of each person’s lived experience and strive to offer care that is welcoming and responsive. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to do meaningful work. My Values: I value transparency, collaboration, and supporting your autonomy. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—some people need space to talk things through, while others benefit from more structure and tools. I offer practical support using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), always tailored to what works best for you. This approach is structured but flexible. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—especially when things get hard—focusing on what’s most important and helping you take meaningful steps toward what matters in your life.
