About My Clients

I work with LGBTQ+ adults who often appear steady and capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed inside. Many are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, or major life and identity transitions. They’re thoughtful, self‑aware people who want support making sense of what’s shifting. They come to therapy for clarity, grounding, and a collaborative space to explore identity, boundaries, relationships, and next steps.

My Background and Approach

My background includes training in person‑centered, strengths‑based, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, with experience supporting adults through anxiety, stress, burnout, and identity or life transitions. I bring a steady, grounded presence that helps clients slow down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and reconnect with their own inner clarity. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from mindfulness, narrative work, and evidence‑informed practices to support emotional regulation, boundaries, and self‑understanding. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, steady space where you can explore identity, relationships, and the parts of life that feel overwhelming. Together, we work toward feeling more grounded, aligned, and confident in the choices ahead.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be a place where people feel seen, respected, and supported as they navigate the parts of life that feel confusing, heavy, or uncertain. I trust that each person already carries wisdom about who they are and what they need, and my role is to help them slow down, listen inward, and make sense of what’s shifting. I believe in LGBTQ+ affirming, person‑centered care that honors identity, lived experience, and the complexity of being human. I value collaboration, compassion, and clarity, and I see therapy as a space where people can explore identity, relationships, boundaries, and the patterns that no longer serve them. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and connected to ourselves.
