About My Clients

My clients are adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, or major life changes. They’re thoughtful, motivated, and often feeling stuck or overwhelmed. They want a steady, compassionate space to understand their patterns, strengthen boundaries, and feel more grounded and connected in their daily lives.

My Background and Approach

With over 23 years of clinical experience, I help adults understand the patterns that shape their emotions, relationships, and daily life. My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative, offering a space where clients feel heard and supported as they navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. I use an integrative style tailored to each person, drawing from CBT, CPT, DBT, IFS, Emotionally Focused Therapy, mindfulness‑based practices, and trauma‑focused models. Together, we explore what’s keeping you stuck, build insight, strengthen boundaries, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation and healthier relationships. Clients appreciate my balance of compassion and clear therapeutic direction. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected as you move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that each person is unique and whole. I adapt my approach to meet you where you are in your healing journey. My role is to offer a steady, compassionate presence as you explore your story, strengthen your insight, and build the patterns that support the life you want. I value authenticity, curiosity, and the belief that growth can take many forms. I look forward to supporting your healing in whatever way feels right for you.
