About My Clients
I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, career challenges, major life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences.
My Background and Approach
My general areas of practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a strong emphasis on person-centered care. These approaches allow us to explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and how they may be contributing to patterns that leave you feeling stuck. While no single therapeutic approach can address every challenge, CBT and DBT offer practical tools that can help you better understand your internal experiences. Together, we can explore the thoughts and beliefs that may be holding you back while also developing skills to regulate emotions, manage stress, and respond to life’s challenges in healthier ways. When you begin to understand your patterns and gain greater control over emotional responses, it often opens the door to new possibilities. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and discover new ways of approaching situations so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
