My approach to therapy is to be a consultant to you, the expert in your life, to achieve the goals that you have identified as being most important to you. Through evidence based therapy, I help you understand what is getting in the way of you desired outcomes and help you learn and apply skills that will help you achieve those goals in the short-term, but will also be tools to apply toward future challenges or to achieve future goals.
