About My Clients
Are you ready to take your life back from diet culture and start living? I know it's constant overt and passive messaging telling you that your body is wrong, that your eating is wrong. That you are not enough. You are enough. Together we will gain confidence to be who you are.
My Background and Approach
My career teaching and in school administration in K-12 schools taught me that one size doesn't fit all. You are an individual which means I will use a variety of therapeutic techniques suited for your unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am allied with multiple social justice issues including Black Lives Matter and LGBTQ+ and you will find me current and competent with thought leaders and advocates in this area. I'm most passionate about the social justice and civil rights of Health at Every Size and diet culture which is indidiously pervasive.
