About My Clients
My clients are most often individual women and men, of all ages, seeking help with grief, boundaries, family difficulties, depression and making sense of life who are ready to move forward from where they are stuck to more freedom and health.
My Background and Approach
Prior to private practice, I spent several years in a community agency. While there I was the Director of the Project Heartland Grant for the agency which helped the community after the 1999 Moore Tornado. I then moved on to a Christian private group practice. It was the healthies place I ever worked and I still miss it! My family moved back home and since then I have had my own practice. My strenghts lie in my strong connection with my clients. Therapy is more than listening for me. It's a relationship, albiet unusual, where deep discussions, tough questions and painful experiences are treated with care and respect.
