About My Clients

I specialize in working with adults (18+) during these pivotal life transitions—whether it’s adjusting to college life, entering the workforce, managing mental health challenges, or navigating life after graduation. While much of my work is with young adults, my practice is also open to adults of all ages facing significant life transitions—like navigating parenting, experiencing caregiver burnout, or living with emotional and chronic pain.

My Background and Approach

My approach is relational and person-centered, grounded in empathy, trust, and a deep respect for each individual’s journey. I’m also trained in EMDR, an evidence-based tool, which can be especially helpful in processing trauma, reducing anxiety, and moving one through places where they feel stuck.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My style is compassionate, and a little bit curious—because you are more than your struggles, and your story matters. If you want to bring your faith or values into the conversation, we can absolutely do that.
