About My Clients
I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern dedicated to helping individuals improve emotional well-being, build confidence, and create meaningful change. I earned my undergraduate degree from Florida International University with academic honors and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, graduating summa cum laude. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, career challenges, and overall life balance. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I value creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to recognize their strengths, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
