My Background and Approach
My background is in children and adolescents but I transitioned into adults as I understood my style to be more direct and future-oriented. I have a unique way of making clients thoroughly enjoy and yearn for therapy. I am open minded to all personalities, interests, and lifestyles. It is important to me to provide a space my clients feel comfortable so they will share who they really are in order to get the full benefits out of therapy. I set an example of transparency by being fully myself and expressive. Many clients appreciate this because they find comfort in my humility and welcoming approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have the power within us to really be someone we love inside and out. Sometimes our powers are so blurred and hidden we need help to see what we’re truly capable of. With understanding, patience, and redirection we can all reach great heights. Unfortunately, we face many challenges that make it difficult for us. Challenges are not roadblocks, but stepping stones.
