Jewel Robinson-Nelson

Jewel is a systems trained therapist who uses a faith based approach and works off creating relationships to meet you exactly where you are. She teaches and educates on how every behavior has a function. Her philosophy is that we all have a self and what we need to succeed in life, but through life experiences, difficulties, and transitions we sometimes forget our strengths. All we see are the difficulties in front of us and we can become clouded. Jewel believes in the process and we each have our own work and process to journey through.

Let's continue to break the stigma of Mental health and address the reality that God intricately created us; Spirit, Mind and Body. All parts are interconnected so let's stop addressing them as separate entities. Holistic Living ; What we take in affects us ( through our eyes, our mouth, our ears and what we do physically)
