About My Clients
I work with The Garden Intensives to provide multi-hour & multi-day intensives to individuals, families, and groups seeking deeper processing than a one hour session can provide. We have collective experience working with teens, adults, families, and groups with PTSD, substance use, conflict, attachment injuries, and trauma to cultivate deeper safety & structure before we start the process of resourcing, unlearning, and redoing what our systems have been unable to move through.
My Background and Approach
I’m a CSW and SUDC, with over 6 years of experience with first responders, veterans, teens, and families. I specialize in PTSD, sexual trauma, attachment injuries, and resulting addictive processes. I use an informed practice of sociometry, psychodrama, IFS, and sand tray approaches to meet each client with intention and care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The most important part of this work is being a collaborative team. Whether an individual, family, or group, each voice and every need is critical and is my highest priority. We will work together to identify needs for safety, expectations, and goals. I know many different tools and practices, I have many ideas, but first and foremost, I care about finding what works for you.
