My Background and Approach
We are a group of mental health professionals who believe in giving the highest quality care to our clients. We are currently serving clients in Illinois and Indiana. Our mission is to provide innovative services that meet the needs of our community and change the conversation about mental health, so people feel comfortable just starting the conversation. When you feel as if life is spinning out of control, our work together will help you gain control. When you are ready to be heard, understood, validated, and supported, this is where you will create your healthy boundaries. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
"I should know how to do this. Everyone else seems to just understand how to fit in." Living has felt much more complex than it seems.
