About My Clients
I love working with neurodiverse individuals as well as queer folks. I work a lot with life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. Coming to therapy can be daunting but it is my goal to create a warm and welcoming space where you can be authentically you. My Background and Approach
I have been in the mental health field in some capacity for about 5 years now. I have worked in the school setting, private practice, and with integrative health within a doctors office. I originally started working as a therapist because I began my own mental health journey starting in high school and have had experiences with many different types of therapists. I have learned it is important to be picky with who you work with, because if you don't trust and connect with your therapist, it may be difficult to accomplish your specific goals. I am a member of the LGBTQ community as well, so I feel that my own personal experiences within the community can be impactful within my work. I aim to challenge my clients in a way that is helpful and positive in order for change to occur.
