I specialize in counseling for various issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship conflicts, catering to individuals, and families. Tailoring therapy to each client, I use techniques like CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and offer culturally sensitive and feminist therapy. As a LPC-IT with a Master's in Counseling, I utilize various therapeutic modalities like CBT, DBT, Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT to address mental health issues effectively. My inclusive practice caters to diverse communities, including LGBTQ+, and I offer culturally sensitive therapy. I work with clients of all ages, using Play Therapy for children and a blend of individual and family therapy for adolescents. For adults, I address life transitions, relationships, and workplace stress collaboratively. With a focus on empathy and partnership, I aim to guide clients towards lasting positive change and fulfillment.
