About My Clients
It’s deeply challenging to struggle with depression, anxiety, self-doubt, loneliness, or dissatisfaction. We might find ourselves feeling trapped in behavioral patterns or relationship dynamics that we’d like to change.
My Background and Approach
I work with my clients through these feelings and patterns, as well as life transitions, questions of identity and purpose, complex family dynamics, low self-esteem, or an overall feeling of being stuck in life. I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals (adults and adolescents) and couples. Together, we’ll work on creating a space where you can come to feel safe and free to express what’s troubling you. Reflecting on what comes up, in the moment and in between sessions, with honesty and curiosity can help us deepen your understanding of yourself and your experiences. I’ll support you in clarifying what you desire and pursuing what you hope for. Through talking in this open way, we can expand our awareness of the various parts of you and hold them together in new, more fulfilling ways. This process fosters authentic, lasting change, and, as it unfolds, can bring about a more integrated sense of self, deeper connection in relationships, and greater agency in life.
