I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and young adults experiencing life-transitions, depression, personal stressors/emotional regulation, relationship issues, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+.
My Background and Approach
I treat each individual uniquely with a variety of techniques, including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. My style is genuine, relaxed, and supportive. I have worked in residential treatment for four year, day treatment for two years, and private practice for one year.
