About My Clients
Do you find yourself asking "why is life so fucking hard?" You’ve got relationships, work, the world (gestures vaguely) AND you want space for hobbies? Personal Growth? You’ve got to be kidding me! I work with individuals & couples who feel like their lives or relationships are off track. You’ll figure out what’s most important to you, how to communicate your needs, & how to start living in a way that feels true to who you are. You’ll shift the way you see your challenges & build real solutions.
My Background and Approach
Maybe you're questioning your relationships, struggling with anxiety or burnout, or feeling like you're just going through the motions. You want something to shift—but you’re not sure where to begin. That’s where our work together starts. With me therapy isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about giving you the space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, your values, and with what actually matters to you. I bring curiosity, respect, and a deep belief that you already hold a lot of wisdom about your life. My job is to help you uncover it. Our work will focus on what you need: understanding patterns that aren't working anymore, making room for your emotions, getting clearer on what you value, and finding new ways of relating to yourself and others. You'll explore big questions—about meaning, purpose, identity, and choice. Not in an abstract way, but grounded in your real, lived experience. We’ll look at the whole picture—not just what’s going on inside of you, but your world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You might come in feeling overwhelmed, lost, or like something in your life just isn’t working, but I believe that lasting change can occur when you feel truly seen and supported. Identifying meaning and purpose is more than about find a career that we want to engage in. It's about truly knowing our self and living life wholeheartedly. I've learned over the course of my life that letting go of other's expectations and living with meaning and purpose can bring untold joy to your life. Over the course of my own therapy journey and spiritual exploration, I've learned to let go of perfectionism and lean into vulnerability. I'll be the first to admit that sometimes it really freaking sucks. Its scary as fuck. But it's also worth it. The world we live in is a scary place- particularly for those of us who do not belong to the dominate narrative. I won't pretend it's not; but I also believe that we can all contribute to the world being a better place, by each of us being the our best self.
