About My Clients
In each session with me, my goal is for you to leave feeling lighter than when you arrived or with a fresh perspective on the challenges you're facing. To help make the progress you’re looking for, you may be asked to engage in some “homework,” such as using the strategies we discuss or tracking your emotions throughout the day to identify patterns.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from UT Arlington, where I learned the tools and techniques to support people from all walks of life. I've worked in various fields such as domestic violence shelters, behavioral health hospitals and MHMR. Whether you’re looking for strategies to manage stress, support for your child, or simply someone to talk to, I’m here to help you find your path forward. Let’s work together to make life a bit lighter and a lot brighter.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel truly heard and supported. My approach is warm, welcoming, and, I hope, just a bit humorous—because let’s face it, a little laughter can go a long way in the healing process! At the end of the day, you are the expert of your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do but to explore with you the ways to unlock your own potential for a more fulfilling and balanced life.
