About My Clients
I work with mothers, couples, men, teens, queer clients, and neurodiverse individuals who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in relationship patterns. My approach is warm, attachment-focused, and affirming. I help clients understand what’s beneath their reactions, communicate more clearly, and build relationships that feel safe, authentic, and connected.
My Background and Approach
I’m a former doula, yoga teacher, and mother of neurodiverse children. These experiences deeply shape the way I connect with clients. I understand overwhelm, identity shifts, and the longing for grounded, authentic relationships. As a queer therapist trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and somatic approaches, I specialize in helping mothers, couples, men, teens, queer and neurodiverse clients navigate anxiety, relationship stress, and attachment wounds. My style is warm, attuned, and collaborative. Together, we slow down reactive patterns, uncover the emotions and beliefs driving disconnection, and create new ways of relating that feel safe, clear, and connected. Whether you’re navigating parenting, partnership, identity, or inner healing, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcomed and supported.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I identify as a queer, neurodiverse seasoned woman with loads of life experience from the parenting front. I believe in walking along side my clients from wherever they are.
