About My Clients
You might be feeling burned out, misunderstood, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients live with chronic illness, insomnia, or the lasting effects of ADHD or a brain injury. Others are navigating major changes such as diagnoses, life transitions, or just the weight of being human in a demanding world. If you’re craving rest, relief, or reconnection with yourself, I offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your struggle. You’re already worthy of care, exactly as you are.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in hospitals, schools, and outpatient settings. Much of my career has focused on supporting people with invisible disabilities—especially those navigating long COVID, traumatic brain injuries, ADHD, and chronic conditions like EDS or autoimmune disorders. I previously worked at UT Southwestern's Long COVID and Concussion Specialty Clinics, which deepened my understanding of complex medical-mental health intersections. I also have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and often work with clients who’ve “tried everything” to sleep better. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in science. I aim to offer not only practical tools, but also deep validation and a sense of partnership in your healing. I understand these challenges personally and professionally, and I’m here to help you reclaim energy, agency, and ease in your daily life.
