About My Clients
You may be the one everyone depends on while quietly feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the life you imagined. If you're ready to understand yourself more deeply and create lasting change, therapy can be a place to start. I work with adults and couples navigating life's transitions who are longing to feel more connected, grounded, and understood. My practice welcomes people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and family-building paths.
My Background and Approach
I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, authentic relationship. My role isn't to tell you who to be or how to live your life, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect as we explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped you. My approach is relational, attachment-focused, mindfulness-based, and informed by somatic practices. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt therapy, and other experiential approaches to help clients deepen self-awareness, reconnect with their bodies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll build on your existing strengths while gently exploring the places that feel stuck or disconnected. As both a therapist and former birth doula, I bring an appreciation for the profound transitions that accompany pregnancy, postpartum, and becoming a parent. At the same time, I welcome adults and couples at every stage of life who are seeking greater connection with themselves and the world
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value living in alignment with what matters most. For me, that means caring for people, questioning systems that ask us to shrink ourselves, and making thoughtful choices that reflect my values—including environmental sustainability. I hold a feminist perspective, practice from a "health at every size" lens, and believe we all deserve to exist in our bodies without the constant pressure to change them. I welcome conversations about the cultural messages, identities, and systems that shape our lives.
