About My Clients
I work with both men and women from ages 18 and up. I support individuals who would like to work on all different issues such as depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, life changes, career exploration, addiction issues, parenting, eating disorders and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I have a history of working with the criminal population, addiction issues and general mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. I tailor my therapy to meet the individual's needs. I usually utilize a CBT approach which allows for structure and set goals. During therapy I will provide you with support, acceptance and empathy in order to make constructive and positive changes. I offer a non-judgmental and laid-back approach which allows me to establish a comfortable environment for my clients. Therapy should feel like a safe-space for you to open up and I hope that I can provide that to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that most of us can change with the right tools, support and resources. I believe therapy is a collaborative effort involving both the therapist and the client. Therapy can be a space to process past trauma, learn new behaviors or simply work through day to day stress.
