About My Clients
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions who are seeking deeper self-understanding and emotional balance. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or impacted by past experiences that continue to shape their present. My approach is trauma-informed, supportive, and focused on helping you build coping skills, process emotions, and create lasting change at a pace that feels safe for you.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed mental health therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns. My clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and the lasting impact of past experiences. I integrate approaches such as cognitive and mindfulness-based interventions, emotional regulation skill-building, and insight-oriented processing to support whole-person healing. My goal is not only to help clients feel heard and understood, but to equip them with practical tools they can use outside of session. I work collaboratively and at a pace that feels safe, helping clients strengthen self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change in their daily lives and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in spaces where individuals feel safe, respected, and genuinely seen. My work is grounded in values of compassion, cultural humility, and inclusivity. I am committed to creating an affirming environment for individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. I support social justice, equity in mental health access, and the importance of reducing stigma around seeking care. I am especially passionate about helping individuals feel empowered in their healing journeys and advocating for emotional wellness within underserved and historically marginalized communities. Outside of my clinical work, I value community connection, mindfulness practices, and holistic approaches that support overall well-being.
