About My Clients
My clients are often the responsible ones—the helpers, achievers, and people everyone turns to for support. On the outside, they seem to have it all together. Inside, they're exhausted. They struggle with anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship challenges, or the lasting effects of childhood trauma. Many have spent years trying to understand themselves yet still feel stuck repeating the same patterns. They're ready for something to change.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in helping women heal from childhood trauma, anxiety, complex PTSD, people-pleasing, and unhealthy relationship patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. Many of my clients are tired of overthinking everything, feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions, struggling to set boundaries, or repeating the same relationship patterns despite years of self-work. They understand their struggles intellectually but still feel stuck. I use EMDR therapy and talk therapy to help clients get to the root of what's driving their anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. Rather than simply learning how to cope, our work focuses on helping you heal the experiences that shaped these patterns so they no longer have the same hold on your life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and free to be yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that many of the struggles people blame themselves for—anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, or unhealthy relationship patterns—often make perfect sense when viewed through the lens of their life experiences. I don't believe healing comes from trying harder, thinking more positively, or endlessly analyzing your problems. Many of my clients have already read the books, listened to the podcasts, and spent years trying to understand themselves before they arrive in my office. I believe lasting change happens when we address the experiences that shaped these patterns in the first place. When that happens, setting boundaries becomes easier, relationships become healthier, and you no longer have to work so hard just to feel okay.
