About My Clients
People can expect to learn new skills, develop effective ways to cope with some of life's most challenging problems, and gain a sense of confidence in their own ability to utilize those skills outside of sessions. My hope for each person is that they can begin to find peace and happiness again.
My Background and Approach
Realizing that people are unique, I utilize a variety of approaches to fit your particular needs, including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Treatment (SBFT), and consisting of a mixture of Strengths Based Perspectives and Trauma Focused Treatment. I also pride myself on continuing to aim for a culturally sensitive practice.
