About My Clients
Are you the person everyone thinks has it together, while inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted? Do you replay conversations in your head, struggle to quiet your thoughts at night, or feel like you’re always one step away from burnout? You may be functioning, even successful, but it doesn’t feel sustainable anymore. I work with people who are tired of white-knuckling their way through life. People who want relief from anxiety, stress, depression, or emotional overload.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychologist (PsyD) with over a decade of experience working across community mental health, hospital settings, college counseling, addiction treatment, and private practice. My training allows me to work with a wide range of concerns while maintaining a thoughtful, individualized approach to care. Throughout my career, I’ve worked extensively with adults, adolescents, and families facing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions. I have specialized experience supporting clients with co-occurring mental health conditions, complex stressors, and high emotional needs—helping them feel stabilized, understood, and supported during difficult periods. My approach blends evidence-based practices with a holistic, whole-person perspective. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, DBT-informed, and insight-oriented therapies, adapting treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the core of my work is the belief that therapy should feel collaborative, grounding, and empowering. My goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more confident in their choices, and better equipped to navigate life with resilience and self-compassion.
