About My Clients
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, attachment, perinatal mental health, and issues surrounding life transitions. I have a passion for helping new parents and families navigate the joys and struggles of pregnancy, adoption, surrogacy, and parenthood and am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health practitioner through Postpartum Support International. I am inclusive to all families and experiences within the parenthood journey.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider offering teletherapy sessions in Colorado. My approach to therapy is individualized to each client and their own unique strengths and needs. I use a variety of approaches including a client-centered approach, psychoanalytical talk therapy, IFS, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about providing non-judgmental and inclusive support, specifically with families who are experiencing new parenthood. In the past, I have been an advocate for perinatal mental health care and have provided support as a resource coordinator for Postpartum Support International.
