About My Clients

Are you feeling trapped in a cycle of relentless worry and unable to feel in control? Does every day seem like a struggle with your issues taking a toll on your well-being? You're not alone! The weight of these issues can feel suffocating, affecting not only your mental health but also your relationships, work, and overall quality of life. I'm here to offer you a lifeline—a safe, judgment-free space to grow and gain emotional healing.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in therapy for teens-adults in areas of anxiety, stress management, and low self-esteem. In our sessions, you'll learn what’s holding you back, gain self-discovery, and learn coping strategies to navigate life with confidence and resilience. I use evidence-based techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices just to name a few. I have extensive training in CBT from the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. I have a wide variety of both education and work practice which I believe makes me well rounded to help every client's unique life experiences. I graduated from Rutgers University with my Master's of Clinical Social Work and have undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Education (preschool-5th grade) as well. I have worked with all ages; toddlers through elders! I've treated client's in settings such as schools, psychiatric homes, and traditional outpatient therapy offices for both long and short term treatment.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a mental health therapist, my core beliefs center on the transformative power of compassion and self-discovery. I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, regardless of their past experiences. My values are rooted in empathy, respect, and authenticity, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. I'm deeply committed to advocating for mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding it. Through my practice, I actively support various social platforms and organizations that champion mental well-being, inclusivity, and social justice. By choosing to work with me, you'll find a dedicated ally on your journey toward greater self-awareness and emotional balance. Together, we'll navigate life's challenges and celebrate your personal victories.
