My Background and Approach
I have experience in many areas of counseling with adults and older adolescents. My work includes: Substance use disorders, Men's issues, Anxiety, Relationship discernment, Divorce, Parenting, Women's issues, Post Abortion Grief and Trauma and Hypnotherapy for various issues/concerns. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Skills from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, The Counting Method for discrete trauma and other tools from various theories in psychology. I am very knowledgeable and skilled in working with those suffering from Post Abortion Trauma. This includes men and women, and anyone involved in an abortion experience. I also encourage use of your spiritual beliefs, should you have one, and apply your faith to your issue if that is a benefit to you. I am also skilled helping determine Narcissistic Abuse and discerning relationship status/changes.
