As a mother of two who struggled with fertility issues and severe post partum anxiety after my first child, it has become my mission as a therapist to help other mothers feel supported and to overcome the feelings of guilt and inadequacy that so often come with parenting. Utilizing DBT, IFS theory and CBT, I will work with you to challenge the intrusive thoughts, face your fears and doubts as a parent and help you to find a part of yourself that may feel lost.

In today's hustle and bustle culture with high expectations and the never ending drive to be the best it is no wonder we have individuals that struggle with anxiety. I can help you combat those negative thoughts, focus on the things that you can control and help you develop the skill and tools you need to help alleviate that panic that can creep up when you are feeling overwhelmed, can't catch your breath and like "everything is falling apart".
