My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work from a deeply held belief: that everyone possesses an incredible ability to grow without sacrificing their values, beliefs, or unique self. Your strengths are your compass. I learned this firsthand. Early on, I was often underestimated. That led to a fear of change and a habit of staying safely in my comfort zone. But through my own process, I discovered how to challenge that doubt. Through my own therapy, I learned to draw on my inner resilience to build a life I'm proud of—from achieving my educational goals to developing a strong sense of self-worth. I still feel the anxiety of new things, but now I have the tools to move forward with courage. Because I've walked a path of personal evolution, I am certain that you have this same capacity within you. My role is to help you uncover it.
