As an openly queer therapist, I am passionate about supporting those who have been forced to feel small, find their voice. When working together, whether an individual, couple or family, you'll experience a space that not only provides validation and a safety to explore parts of ones' "self," but one that is balanced with cognitive challenging and directness.

My practice is rooted in the understanding that our individual experiences shape our perspectives and responses to the world. With experience and certifications from working with trauma survivors in the civilian and military realm. I'm committed to guiding you through this process, helping you find new ways to respond to your experiences and empowering you to reclaim your sense of self and strength. I work through a trauma-informed lens, pulling from an eclectic range of modalities including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Gottman method.
