I work with young adults and adults navigating LGBTQ+ identity, anxiety, depression, substance use and recovery, past trauma, and relationship issues. My collaborative, affirming approach offers a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, feel understood and supported, and develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges and choices with confidence, self-compassion, and alignment with your own personal goals.
