Our innate impulse is to heal, just as one can observe in nature. Sometimes though, our access to this resiliency is an ever winding path...with circumstances and behaviors impacting our ability to fulfill this impulse. We will creatively collaborate to re-connect with this path; holding your innate wisdom and resiliency alongside the parts that feel incongruent, sticky, stubborn and shameful--honoring that each part is communicating or responding to something, past and/or present. We will learn how to find balance in the fullness of you. I aim to meet each relationship with a sense of reverence, care and deep listening... which means attending to the desire for warmth as well as a steady and direct presence. We will practice mindfulness, compassion, emotional regulation practices, & body awareness to gain insight into your experience, as well as to deepen below your narrative, and to that which may not yet have language. We will honor and listen to the wisdom of your body.

I hold this space as political, social, personal and spiritual, and trust we can (re-)discover ways for your body to feel at ease. The individual healing that is cultivated in this space ripples out into the community surrounding us, now and generations to come. I am dedicated the the path of untangling and releasing how white bodied supremacy lives in my female body, my actions, perceptions, sensations, and more...through education, somatic abolitionism, humility and dialogue(s). I deeply value supporting white clients in this work. I live and work on stolen land of the Lisjan Ohlone and pay monthly Shuumi Land tax to support the critical work of the Sogorea Te’ Land Trust. Providing affordable psychotherapy is a central value, in hopes of making services more accessible, I reserve 1/3 of my practice for sliding scale ($90-$180). As of January 2023, my sliding scale is full. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, please inquire for more details.
