My Background and Approach
Tired of feeling like a herd of cattle in today's healthcare system? Me too! I approach mental healthcare differently than the mainstream. I see a limited number of clients each day so I can take more time to really get to know you and understand what you are going through so we can come to the proper diagnose and treatment plan. Your first appointment with me will last about 2 hours and follow-ups are 40-60 minutes. My professional background has been primarily in obstetric and women's health so I know how underserved this population is. I have spent years training so that I can not only help address women's issues, but make high quality mental healthcare more readily available to anyone. I have extensive training in medication management, but I also incorporate psychotherapy and holistic measures when appropriate. We will spend time discussing your personal goals as it relates to your mental health and develop a plan together, with or without medications.
