About My Clients
As a bilingual counselor I focus on helping individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, domestic violence, and chronic pain among other issues. I also offer couples/marital support. I have extended experience working with the Spanish speaking population. I am passionate about working and helping others find solutions to their stressful situations, and believe that forming a trusting therapeutic relationship is necessary in order to promote growth. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR.

In my years specializing in cbt, mindfulness, and act, I have helped people with a wide range of obstacles to overcome. I am passionately committed to helping my clients realize their full individual potential, and I will tailor our sessions to your unique needs.

One size does not fit all. I believe that every individual is unique and for that reason my approach is tailored to meet the different needs of each person in a friendly and non-judgmental environment.
